Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Scientist - Per Diem: 1 shift per week, weekend availability required Job Summary: The Clinical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for performing moderately complex and complex laboratory tests, as defined by CLIA, in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, blood bank and serology. Professional application of the principles, theories, techniques, and quality controls of laboratory science is used. This position reports to the lead clinical laboratory scientist, laboratory manager/supervisor, and/or the administrative director of Laboratory services. Actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communications, behaves in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Pipeline Health, upholding standards of AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you) patient communication.
