Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (Non-Dispensing) to join our team at Sandstone Pharmacies Carry Drive in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Qualifications: - Advance patient care beyond traditional dispensing, through collaborative drug therapy management and innovative clinical initiatives - Review patient records to assess the appropriateness of medication therapy - Identify health conditions that require attention and refer patients to the appropriate healthcare provider - Provide expert consultation on medication dosages, substances, and administration - Evaluate the effectiveness of pharmaceutical treatments and adjust as necessary - Maintain accurate records of medication plans and patient progress - Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively - APA Certification required - Injection certification is required - Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacist - Familiarity with Alberta Pharmacy Professional Services Framework - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity - Strong verbal and written English communication skills required, with comfort in frequent phone interactions - Key attributes include client focu...
