Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Union Position: No Department Details: - Must be willing to travel to SD, ND, NE, KS, IA, MN and/or CO for assignments - Assignment length is 9-13 weeks on average Summary: Provides temporary nursing facility leadership and support. Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility to maintain standards of resident care. Facilitates the optimization of the geriatric care process to improve the quality and efficiency of service. Responsible for the overall quality of care provided by the organization's nursing personnel. Advises medical staff, department heads, and administrators in matters related to nursing service and strategies. Requires frequent travel to facilities.
