Suhrco Residential has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team at Rivercroft Apartments , a 91-unit apartment community located in Bothell, WA. Schedule: 24 hours a week, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday The primary purpose of this position is to manage day-to-day leasing activities and foster positive relationships with both residents and prospective residents. Key responsibilities include maintaining the property’s appearance, ensuring vacant units are ready for occupancy, coordinating cleaning and repairs with the Community Manager and Maintenance Staff, and handling leasing activities in compliance with all applicable government programs. This role also requires adherence to Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws and timely completion of all required paperwork and reports. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working closely with residents, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
