Your main responsibilities: Vendor invoice verification and registration in accordance with internal procedures and legal requirements General ledger and subledger AP related accounts analysis, maintenance, and reconciliation Preparing and executing payments in accordance with internal procedures and timelines Outgoing payments allocation and reconciliation: Responding to internal and external inquiries related to payables and payments Vendor Master Data maintenance: Posting and calculating accruals, prepayments, and other accounting entries related to suppliers Cooperating with external auditors and providing all necessary documentation for audit purposes Participating in internal projects aimed at improving financial and operational processes Participating in activities related to month end closing process Actively participating in creating, updatin...
