Description Position Information: Part-time $21,000-$33,000 per year 16-20 hours per week PTO - 2 Weeks Accrued: Up to 10 Paid Holidays off per year Continuing Medical Education time and funds allocation 401K Match Loan Reimbursement for Eligible Candidates: Position Summary: The Outpatient Therapist provides outpatient child, adolescent, adult, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and health clinic consultations, in accordance with the Heartland Health Services’ (HHS) mission, strategic goals, federal and state laws and regulations, performance and outcome objectives, and accreditation standards. Essential Functions: - Conducts child, adolescent, adult, family, and/or group therapy. - Provides crisis intervention as needed. - Formulates treatment plans and goals and carries out treatment plans. - Documents all patient encounters and maintains comprehensive patient files. - Facilitates patient access to community resources, including relevant mental health services; assists patient to make contact with social support networks. - Evaluates community organizations to gain knowledge of resources available to patients. - Maintains and assures confidentiality of patient infor...
