As an HR and Business Process SME, you’ll bring your leadership, advising, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in human capital and finan cia l management. In this role, you’ll provide client-site support and work with key internal and external stakeholders across all Army Components to take part in the client’s system activities, provide input, and take part in senior-level briefings, as required. You’ll assist with onboarding and providing training and continuity for a growing team of HR and pay professionals who need to ramp up quickly from unit and battalion level operations to understanding how they relate to functions at the State and National levels.
