Job description

Overview Under the direction of the Director or designee, provides leadership and technical expertise, coordinates workflow, manages staff scheduling and payroll functions, and performs training and quality activities. Ensures that testing is completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures. Has responsibility for oversight of staff. Performs the essential functions of the Medical Technologist. Work Schedule: This full-time position will work on 2nd shift, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, to include rotating On-Call.
