About the Role As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in supporting data‑driven decision‑making and ensuring strong financial performance across the site. You will contribute to planning cycles, financial reporting, analysis, and improvement initiatives that help strengthen operational excellence. This hybrid role is based in Hoofddorp , with an expectation of being onsite at least 3 days per week, and is part of the Site Management Team, working closely with colleagues locally, regionally, and globally.
