We provide managed IT solutions to thousands of customers across the globe, who rely on BT to keep their critical business operations running. What you’ll be doing: - Designing and configuring, testing and troubleshooting networks - Translating customer requirements into accurate, working configurations, diagrams and instructions for other agents - Providing point of technical escalation within the team for complex issues - Providing remote support to onsite engineers during solution deployment and resolving issues - Actively supporting and implementing efficient ways of working and cost reduction Essential Skills / Experience: - Exisiting, or ability to gain Government Security Clearance and NPPV3 - Network design, configuration and implemetation skills/accreditations - Troubleshooting customer network deployments - Vendors include Cisco, Fortinet, Draytek, Meraki, Juniper, Palo Alto, A...
