Job Description Summary: Responsibilities And Duties: 60% Daily Operational Management Human Resource responsibilities to include but not limited to hiring, evaluating and providing annual performance evaluations to staff, including promotion, dismissal, coaching, counseling, conflict resolution, and growth and development Responsible for the determination of appropriate staffing levels and maintaining employee schedules to assure appropriate coverage while maintaining fiscal responsibility with overtime Manage staff payroll and individual staff HR records Create, oversee, train and implement patient services policies and procedures Resolve and manage patient complaints and requests for service immediately and courteously Engage staff in adjusting clinical workflows to ensure highly efficient patient care Manage monthly fi...
