Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Recon Service Supervisor in Baltimore, Maryland . The Recon Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the daily operations of the Recon and Machine Shop functions. This role ensures that safety is consistently prioritized in all shop activities and that component rebuild, repair, machining, welding, inspection, and assembly processes are executed with quality, efficiency, and accuracy. This position supports production goals, drives operational excellence, and ensures customer and business expectations are met by delivering dependable, timely, and high-quality rebuilt components. Seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent; minimum of five years’ service-related experience in heavy construction equipment industry. Previous leadership and supervisory experience a plus.
