Micron New York Semiconductor Manufacturing LLC Support program management on permitting, environmental assessment, construction, output ramp, and sustaining operations. Work with program sponsors and leadership team to define the problem to be solved, define project scope, measurements of progress, timelines for achievements and completion, and resources requirements. Build detailed project plans, lead projects and track execution to plan. Oversee and lead strategic site wide program and initiatives such as technology transfer, tool install and qualification, cost reduction, business planning, capacity planning, quality and yield improvements, productivity improvements, and workforce development.
