Process Technician RA-1

Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Handle materials and ensure their efficient and timely delivery to the production line - Monitor the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output - Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or issues in the production process - Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot and address any operational challenges - Practice lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence - Perform packing and material handling tasks as required - Demonstrates a deliberate focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement - Main backup when RA-1 Lead Operator is absent and as needed - Performs other job duties as assigned Education and /or Work Experience Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures - Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspection - Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills - Must be able to work well with others...
