Purpose of Role: Develop Type I, II, Ill & IV CAPEX cost estimates and OPEX cost estimates for major projects. These estimates are to include engineering, project management, procurement, fabrication, transport, installation, hook-up & commissioning, OPEX and abandonment. Good working knowledge of estimating software programs, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Visual Basic.
