Water/Wastewater Engineer Location: Newark, NJ: Compensation: $110-140k/year: Pennoni is seeking a highly motivated Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join our Newark, New Jersey office. Primary Responsibilities: - Prepare engineering designs, technical specifications, and construction documents for water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, and treatment facilities - Perform hydraulic and hydrologic modeling to evaluate and optimize system performance and capacity - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including coordination of environmental permitting requirements - Support municipalities and utility clients with NJDEP compliance initiatives related to drinking water and wastewater regulations, reporting, and infrastructure planning - Provide engineering services during construction, including shop drawing review, responses to RFIs, and site visits - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-quality technical solutions - Prepare pro...
