Clinical Sales & Implementation Specialist (Versius Surgical Robot)

Job description

Working within commercial Surgical innovations team, you will support customers in the holistic implementation of robotic programmes, acting as the primary point of contact from acquisition all the way through to ongoing account management, ensuring the delivery of a world-class experience. Partner with customers and lead the definition of robotic programme implementation strategies in your twin responsibilities of maximising customer satisfaction and Versius utilisation in your accounts. Location requirements: Island of Ireland travel Ideally located close to Limerick, Galway or midlands. Attend meetings in head office at Northern Cross, Dublin Main responsibilities: Responsible for the success of implementation project plans on the island of Ireland. Coordinate implementation projects liaising with M.E.D, CMR and customer stakeholders to ensure that all project phases are completed on time and within budget while delivering an industry-leading customer experience. Gradually plan and oversee the second phase of clinical cases and beyond at new Versius installations.
