*$5,000 sign on bonus for this role! (If you have not worked for us in the past 9 months)* The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 2:30pm-12pm with Saturday shifts as needed** An Industrial Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment. Industrial Mechanics must be flexible and able to handle and work through multiple priorities. They work with a sense of urgency to ensure equipment downtime is kept to a minimum. Preventative maintenance is key to the success of our operation and technicians ensure these are performed as planned to maintain optimum operating efficiency. Industrial Mechanics work closely with members of the manufacturing and logistics teams. They often work unsupervised and so must be self-starters and willing to address challenges and concerns without being told. Our Industrial Mechanics are expected to work on any piece of equipment. They are also expected to practice continuous improvement and personal development.
