Lead Our Production Lines – Production Line Lead Wanted! Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a Production Line Lead to guide our team members, ensure safe and accurate assembly, and keep our operations running smoothly every day. What You’ll Do: Oversee Production Lines: Supervise assembly operations to ensure products are assembled, packed, and documented correctly. Guide and Support Team Members: Provide clear instructions and hands-on assistance with assembly tasks as needed. Encourage Efficiency & Best Practices: Motivate team members to work effectively while maintaining quality and safety. Ensure Food Safety & Compliance: Uphold GMPs and food handling procedures at all times. Promote a Positive Work Environment: Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized. Step In as Needed: Assist in product assembly and perform other duties to support team success. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required.
