Job Description Summary The Remanufacturing Leader NAM will demonstrate accountability for functional and Services objectives in the NAM region. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Own the strategy, deployment, and execution of the Remanufacturing portfolio and product offerings, including both internal repairs and externally outsourced repairs. Lead Remanufacturing operations across North America (NAM), including: Driving deployment and adherence to Life-Saving Rules across the NAM remanufacturing shop network, with the goal of zero incidents and continuous risk mitigation. Owning core planning and inventory control to support remanufacturing lines for both internal operations and external suppliers. Ensuring quality compliance and effective quality control for remanufactured units. Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory execution. Coordinating root cause analysis (RCA) resolution and non-conformance report (NCR) closure in partnership with the remanufacturing shop network and Global Quality & Engineering teams.
