In this hybrid role, you will provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance for a core domain of several engineering squads within our growing 60-person Boston site. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can lead complex systems while mentoring and motivating a growing team. You will also define processes, standards, and culture for a new engineering site and set the foundation for long-term growth.
