Job Specifics: - Coordinates and executes the cleaning of offices, rooms, and public areas to standard. Works with various departments, especially Engineering. Responsible for completing special projects that maintain and create a product that exceeds guest expectations. Extensive use of cleaning equipment such as carpet, floor polishing, pressure washing machines etc. Ensures adherence to Loews Hotels Star Service standards. - Handles assignments in a timely manner and follows up with leadership team. - Follows and ensures compliance to all hotel key control procedures by staff - Follows and ensures compliance with lost and found procedures - Conducts regular inspections of Housekeeping items including specific chemicals, and cleaning equipment and reports back any deficiencies. - Prepares work orders for repair, renovation or replacement with Director approval - Coordinates restocking of storage areas - Maintains proper condition of...
