Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 / year Area role for the DC area - come join our team! Position: Area HR Director: Department: Property (on-site): FLSA : Exempt: Position Reports to: General Manager (directly); Corporate HR Director (indirectly) This position is based full-time on site, and time will be dedicated appropriately to all OTO Development hotels in the assigned area. What will you be doing most days? What are the requirements for this position? · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred. · 7–10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience · Hospitality or hotel industry experience strongly preferred · Experience supporting multi-property operations · Experience in labor-sensitive hospitality markets · Demonstrated ability to lead employee relations initiatives and leadership coaching · Have proficient skills Microsoft Office programs · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills · Highly organized, detail oriented, accurate and timely · You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills · You have an entrepreneurial spirited and you are always looking for wa...
