About the Role The Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides technical and educational support to assigned accounts at a territory level. Activities are driven by customer demand and scheduled support needs. The core focus is case coverage, while using clinical expertise to influence optimal adoption of the full portfolio. Territory to cover: Northeastern Italy (Triveneto) and Marche region, with availability to travel across Northern Italy if needed; the ideal candidate will be based in Padova or Verona . Your Responsibilities Will Include: · Provide clinical field support, including case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow‑up for company products. · Work in response to customer demand and planned support requirements. · Attend cases in person and advise physicians on product attributes and techniques. · Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation related to device procedures. · Support the team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. · Develop a deep understanding of hospital workflows and establish strong relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through conversations, meetings, conferences) to expand...
