Job description

Context 📄 You will join the Central Marketing team and take ownership of Younited’s global web performance and acquisition strategy . Your role will be to define and enforce global standards, ensure a high‑performing and scalable website ecosystem, and maximize online acquisition efficiency across all countries and business lines. You will operate at a strategic level , setting the vision and framework for both Paid and Organic acquisition, while working closely with local Business Units to ensure execution aligned with global guidelines and business objectives. You will manage the Sr. Traffic Manager and the Sr. SEO/GEO Manager, with hierarchical and functional reporting to the Head of Marketing Central.
