The Senior Advisor HSEQ provides direct operational support to project teams, ensuring health, safety, environment, quality and wellbeing standards are applied consistently on site. Works under the guidance of the Manager HSEQ and Senior Manager HSEQ to implement company HSEQ systems and statutory requirements. Supports mentoring of Advisors and Graduate Advisors within the business unit. Responsibilities: - Support the delivery and implementation of HSEQ systems, procedures and standards on allocated projects - Conduct site inspections, audits and reviews to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement - Assist in the preparation of risk assessments, method statements, environmental management plans and wellbeing initiatives - Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring thorough analysis and follow-up on corrective actions - Provide guidance and support to project teams on HSEQ matt...
