Reporting and Insights is part of COO Tech & Transformation. It provides insights, ensures data compliance, and enables CTO to steer based on high quality information. Within Reporting and Insights, the CDO Office is the department this role reports into. The CDO Office ensures that CTO operates on meaningful, trusted and compliant data. It strengthens reporting processes, data delivery efficiency and data management practices in alignment with ING’s global data standards. The team provides the standards, frameworks and consistent ways of working that support institutional reporting across performance, delivery, financials, service management, people and risk. We work closely with (senior) management, process owners and report/metric owners who shape steering and reporting requirements. We also collaborate with engineering, architecture and data delivery teams that build scalable and reusable data flows, and with Global Data Management who define ING’s global data standards.
