Position Summary Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 remote) Location: Postępu 14, Warsaw We are looking for a proactive project manager who can drive strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, and organizational development. Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead and support strategic and innovation projects run by the Centre of Excellence . You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and executed according to plan. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver projects across sales, marketing, and organizational initiatives Coordinate cross-functional cooperation with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Management, B2B & B2C Sales, Procurement, Legal, PR, R&D) and external partners (agencies, retailers, business partners) Define project direction, prepare briefs, and manage cooperation with creative agencies Oversee end-to-end project execution, including timelines, approvals, and quality of deliverables Support development and implementation of marketing content and communication activities Ensure consistency with brand, pr...
