Description Kimberton Whole Foods is looking for a Part-Time Grocery Stocker to join their team! Availability Requirement: Part-Time, up to 24 hours; One weekend shift per week is required. Schedule: Monday 12-8:30pm, Friday 12-8:30pm, Saturday 10am-6:30pm Pay: $16.00 hourly to start. Age Requirement: Must be 16 years or older. Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked. DAILY OPERATIONS: The Grocery Team Member’s primary responsibilities to execute the following: - Provide exceptional customer service to all. - Receiving and stocking all dry goods, ready-to-drink beverages, household and bulk items. - Stocks and handles product following guidelines for time and temperature demands. - Rotating back stock on a first-in first-out basis. - Working in collaboration with the Grocery Department Head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department. - Understands KWF inventory management practices. - Assists the front end by scanning customers groceries and completing all transactions efficiently.
