The steward supports overall kitchen and service operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards. This role follows procedures established by the Executive Steward to ensure consistency and to help deliver a high-quality product and experience to guests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Wash all wares including but not limited to pots, pans, china, flatware, and glassware in accordance with sanitation and safety standards. Properly store all wares following company procedures to ensure organization and efficiency. Clean walls, floors, equipment, and assigned areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
