Sales Specialist American House Senior Living Communities American House is seeking a motivated and compassionate Sales Specialist to help drive occupancy and revenue growth across assigned senior living communities within a geographic region. In this role, you will build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners while guiding leads through the sales process from first inquiry to move-in. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is results-driven, organized, and passionate about helping seniors find the right living solution. What You’ll Do: - Drive occupancy and revenue performance for assigned communities - Develop and execute a strategic business plan to support sales goals - Manage lead activity, conversions, and move-in metrics in YARDI CRM - Conduct daily outreach to prospects to schedule tours and virtual tours - Provide community tours to prospective residents, families, and referral partners - Build and maintain professional referral relationships to generate new leads - Create urgency and momentum throughout the sales process to support timely decision-making - Plan and support marketing initiatives, community ev...
