Job description

Overview: ARES Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support NASA’s Orion Program and broader NASA human spaceflight initiatives. This position is a key contributor to Cross Program Ground Support Equipment (GSE) integration/coordination and Launch Commit Criterial (LCC) . The selected candidate will lead and manage the delivery, integration, and verification of critical hardware and systems supporting Artemis missions. Responsibilities: - Lead the coordination and delivery of Orion Program GSE, Data Agreement Exchanges, and CSM (Crew/Service Module) Flight Installation Kits supporting the integration of the spacecraft. - Support the Moon to Mars (M2M) Agreements Team, including the development and closure of AR-02 and AR-03+ agreement exchanges. - Track and manage Agreement Exchanges in the Cross-Program Interdependencies Database (CPID) and the M2M Agreements Exchange (MAX) tools to ensuring timely delivery, fit-checks, and DD-250 acceptance for use at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and other NASA facilities. - Collaborate with Orion’s Prime Contractor, NASA Engineering Ground Systems (EGS), and other stakeholders to resolve delivery issues, hardware modifications, and...
