Overview i3 is looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst/Readiness and Fleet Management SME to Join our team! Working within the CPE AVN Fleet Management team, the Senior Logistics Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the CPE Aviation strategy and goal of creating a more sustainable and lethal aviation force. This position leverages advanced data analytics to enhance operational readiness, optimize flying hour costs, and ultimately reduce the burden on our Soldiers. Responsibilities: The analyst will conduct predictive and diagnostic analysis of fleet-wide data from various Army logistics and maintenance data systems to identify trends, forecast readiness challenges, and provide actionable recommendations for data-driven decision-making. By analyzing flying hour and sustainment data, this position develops strategies to reduce operational costs and decrease the maintenance burden on soldiers without compromising mission effectiveness.
