Job Description Fabletics is currently looking for a Chief of Staff to the CFO How Do You Fit In?: As Chief of Staff to the CFO, you will play a key role in advancing the company’s most important strategic and operational priorities. In this highly visible position, you will work closely with the CFO and partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive high-impact initiatives, support executive decision-making, and ensure alignment across the business. You will help translate strategy into action by driving high-impact initiatives, managing complex cross-functional projects, and developing executive-ready analysis and presentations. The role provides meaningful exposure to Board of Directors materials, capital markets initiatives, and enterprise-wide strategic planning, while serving as a connector across teams to ensure alignment and momentum on the company’s most critical priorities.
