THE REAL DEAL: Forget coffee runs and “learning by watching.” This is a hands-on leadership role inside one of the most important departments in the hotel. You’ll be in the engine room of operations: Rooms Division, with a heavy focus on Housekeeping. This is where standards are won or lost.
