The Fragrance Advisor drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building client relationships, performing product demonstrations, and offering customized recommendations across multiple fragrance brands. This role has a genuine enthusiasm for the fragrance and beauty industry, competitive drive, and confidence to excel in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly position. What you will do: Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of personal and store key metrics. Create memorable store experiences through building genuine team , vendor , customer , and community relationships.
