Regional Operations Leader (Healthcare) – Multi-Site Neurology Practice Lead operations for a ~$100M multi-site practice at a pivotal moment of transition and growth. This is a senior operator role for someone who knows how to step into complexity, stabilize performance, and scale a market without losing culture. You will partner directly with our Medical Director (dyad model) to lead all non-clinical operations across the region—owning performance, developing leaders, and driving both near-term execution and long-term growth.
