About the role In the role as Employment Relations Specialist, you will: - Work closely with your ER colleagues in Denmark supporting HR, such as Business Partners and HR Operations units as well as the line organization in complex legal matters and interpretations of the collective agreements as trusted advisor - Participating in Nordic HR projects for example in the fields of employment relations as well as compensation and benefits - Coordinate employee benefits in Denmark, monitoring trends and ensuring the relevance and competitiveness of the Danish benefit offering - Contribute to aligning and improving employment relations processes across the Nordic countries together with your colleagues in the Nordic ER and HR Compliance team - Participate in union cooperation and negotiations in Denmark - Provide training and tools for HR...
