Job Description Amcor at 2111 3rd Avenue, Mankato has full-time, entry level opening in our converting department on our production floor. This position is responsible for removing, counting and packaging product. Maintain a safe and neat work environment and troubleshooting machines as necessary. Our ideal candidate: - Always Exemplifies the Amcor’s Behaviors and Values. - Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area. - Inspect product to ensure quality - Document information correctly - Dependable, excellent attendance - Take pride in their work - Ability to lift to 35 lbs. - Able to stand and walk in a 10-hr. day - Must be able to perform math calculations - Good communication skills - Various other duties as assigned Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment is highly preferred. - Regularly required to stand for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. - Good hand-eye coordination is required. - Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. - Required use of PPE including but not limited to: Bump Cap, Safety Eyewear or Pres...
