Production Associate Overview: - Oversee current paint jobs being produced, particularly jobs of key commercial customers. - Ensure that the obligations of our business to our customers are being fulfilled. Primarily a high-quality paint job and seamless experience for the customer. Production Associate Responsibilities: - Be the liaison between the Certapro of Pittsburgh East office and the Job Site Supervisor and his/her crew. - Work with the Job Site Supervisor to ensure the job is being executed on plan and on schedule. - Communicate with customers on the details of the job, update them on progress, discuss any scope changes and execute work orders. - Work with the office manager on painter and paint jo...
