Vision: Build and operate a company-wide foundations platform that accelerates every team by providing reliable, scalable developer infrastructure, SRE capabilities, and high-throughput data ingestion tooling enabling Reflection to move faster as we scale. What This Team Does: Build the internal and customer-facing product surfaces that turn platform capabilities into usable workflows. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product translating ambiguous requirements into clean, operable systems and taking ideas from early prototype to hardened production components. Build internal product surfaces such as dashboards, admin tools, and self-serve workflows. Own end-to-end delivery across UI, APIs, authentication, RBAC, and audit trails.
