Department: 37693 Carolinas Medical Center - Speech and Audiology Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Available to work 11 or 12 hour shifts Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Bedside speech therapy at Carolinas Medical Center provides evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in an acute care, Level I Trauma hospital setting. Speech‑language pathologists work with medically complex and critically ill patients across ICUs and acute care units, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to support safe swallowing, effective communication, and functional recovery. Job Description: Evaluates, plans, directs and administers programs of speech-language pathology in an acute level setting, upon referral by the physician.
