Job Description : Support Worker Pay : £14.00ph: Refer a Friend Scheme - £250 awarded (T&C's apply) Due to growth and development within our services we have several opportunities to welcome experienced health and social care professionals to our supported living services in Hyndburn. We are looking for capable and resilient support workers who are open to variety and new challenges, who can work positively with individuals to mitigate risk and readmission to hospital, enabling individuals to take positive risks, promote community inclusion and take an active role in their life. The service in Hyburn is a supported living service for 4 individuals, each with their own self-contained bungalow and core team.
