PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Senior Project Analyst provides a variety of administrative and technical support to a group of projects. Assists and supports Project Managers(s), or other senior Project Coordinators as required. The Senior Project Analyst is a senior level Analyst position in support to the Project Management team. The Senior Project Analyst works under the supervision of the Project Manager but should be able to function with minimum direction and oversight. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Manages complex to highly complex Bill of Materials, and track materials through receipt. - Prepares, submits, and tracks Work Orders for highly complex manufacturing jobs. - Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) using required drawings and/or Statements of Work (SOW) for highly complex projects. - Adheres to company policies and procedures in preparing, collecting, recording, and maintaining project data. - Prepare professional correspondence to vendors, and customers as required. - Perform inventory control activities by coordinating with Property Department. - Supports team leadership in accomplishing their du...
