About the Role As Senior Director of Finance, you will lead the financial strategy, planning, and performance management for our global Subsea Production Systems (SPS) business. Acting as a key partner to the Business Unit President and senior leadership team, you will provide financial insight, challenge, and guidance to support strategic decision-making and drive sustainable growth. You will own and continuously enhance planning and forecasting processes, deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis, and translate data into actionable business insights. A key focus of the role is driving efficiency, scalability, and performance through process improvement, automation, and strong financial governance. This role requires strong leadership across a global organization, managing financial initiatives, budgeting, KPI tracking, and ensuring delivery of annual financial targets. You will also act as a trusted advisor on business transformation, investment decisions, and complex financial matters.
