Description POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a versatile IT professional responsible for the administration of enterprise computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure while providing high-level end-user support. This role requires a blend of advanced systems administration, network management, and hands-on desktop support. The successful candidate will maintain organizational policies, manage inventory, ensure security compliance, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: Infrastructure Administration: Responsible for the administration of enterprise computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Manage and maintain routers, network switches, wireless access points, firewalls, security gateways, and spam appliances. End-User Support: Provide comprehensive support for desktop systems, MS Office, printer support, and phone systems. Assist clients with hardware/software service and application issues. Troubleshooting & Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and rectify all advanced hardware/software issues with clients, printers, systems, and network devices.
