Technical Process Operator

Job description

Job Description The role will involve the operation of process equipment within the technical department to provide high quality extracts from hops. You will assist in many aspects of day-to-day operations from routine maintenance to cleaning of equipment and general workplace tidiness and cleanliness within the department and work area. Main Responsibilities: - To assist in the operation, maintenance and cleaning of two CO2 extraction machines and associated equipment - To ensure a high level of housekeeping across the department and work area for food safety - Labelling, packing and filling out paperwork to a high level of accuracy in a timely manner, as instructed by the Technical Innovations Manager - To follow the company policy on waste reduction across the site - To follow company HACCP policy through Safe Operating Procedures (SOP’S) - To follow the company food quality standards (ISO FSSC22000, ISO9001) whilst undertaking duties - To ensure all Health and Safety requirements are always followed across the site.
