As the Accounting Specialist (2 years) you will provide support in the GL team by maintaining daily financial and accounting business processes of the GFS with a focus on standardization whilst delivering excellent customer service. Provide timely and professional services that support the GFS SLA, ensuring that the monthly US GAAP financials for the country are prepared accurately and on time. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Provide financial business partnering support, delivering accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders in line with GFS service level agreements. Contribute to the month-end close process, including financial reporting in HFM for P&L, Balance Sheet, working capital metrics, headcount, and other statistical requirements. Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis for financial statements, covering both P&L and Balance Sheet. Perform and review balance sheet and control account reconciliations, including monthly bank reconciliations, AP and AR reviews, journal entries, and timely resolution of reconciling items.
