Job description

Your Role: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with HR initiatives in designated business units. The position acts as a strategic partner to create bridges between business units and HR while implementing HR programs and processes across the region through partnerships with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. Requirements: Skills: - Provide guidance and input on departmental or business restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. - Collaborate with managers and L&D to identify needed training opportunities for employees with a focus on future skillsets. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting proactive investigations and working with managers on conflict resolutions.
