Job description
The Legal Counsel role will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with administrative rules and laws, while also providing efficient and high-quality legal services to real estate professionals and managers. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with the company's executives and legal team, balancing risk and business interests. - Drafting, negotiation, review, and approval of commercial real estate brokerage contracts, including listing, commission, representation, confidentiality, lien waiver, consulting, and other brokerage agreements. - Review of vendor, service, and other commercial contracts. - Provide legal counsel and guidance to real estate professionals and their managers relating to the Company’s business activities - Legal research on administrative rules and laws regarding real estate brokerage. - Assist in the preparation of proposals to RFPs and assure corporate compliance therewith. - Identify and analyze legal issues with an understanding of how to appropriately balance risk with the Company’s ability to pursue its business interests. - Respond promptly to the business with efficient and high-quality legal service. - May perform oth...
